Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is included in the purchase price of eligible products. Most standard shipments are delivered within 5–7 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Expedited Shipping
Customers who require faster delivery may select an expedited shipping option during checkout, including Next Day or Two-Day Shipping where available. Additional shipping charges apply for expedited delivery.
Shipping Delays
Once your package has been transferred to USPS or UPS, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. KickOut is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier service interruptions, incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to begin a claim. If you need assistance locating your shipment, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. KickOut is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
